Dvs. Design skal skabes ud fra menneskers (brugernes) behov, ønsker og drømme. 2) Collaborative (conversations, critique, teamwork) 3) Experimental (try something new, permits you to fail and learn from mistakes because you come up with new ideas, get feedback then iterate. )4) Optimistic ( designing has to be joyable no matter what constrains.
