NIKE -Mid 90s: Use of child labor to produce shoes. Phil Knight CEO was confronted with the existence of child labor by producers in India: Response "We do not make shoes,“being factually correct - but ... We pay our taxes, employ people and donate to the local football team, so no reason to attack us : Internal audit corps of 18 persons. Excl. child labor (but not education) 2009: NIKE actively supports UNHCR and works with education, sports and poverty reduction ( CSR is: Risk vs. corruption, product quality, safety in the supply chain. 3. 7 Global Compact - 10 Principles
Human Rights Principle 1: Businesses should support and respect the protection of internationally proclaimed human rights; and Principle 2: make sure that they are not complicit in human rights abuses.   Labour Principle 3: Businesses should uphold the freedom of association and the effective recognition of the right to collective bargaining; Principle 4: the elimination of all forms of forced and compulsory labour; Principle 5: the effective abolition of child labour; and Principle 6: the elimination of discrimination in respect of employment and occupation.  Environment    Principle 7: Businesses should support a precautionary approach to environmental challenges; Principle 8: undertake initiatives to promote greater environmental responsibility; and Principle 9: encourage the development and diffusion of environmentally friendly technologies.    Anti-Corruption Christine Den overordnede ramme når vi taler CSR omhandler alle 4 emner: Menneskerettigheder, Arbejdstagerrettighder, miljø og anti-korruption Principle 10: Businesses should work against corruption in all its forms, including extortion and bribery.

11 Danish example: Environment
Christine: Dansk eksempel på miløj Dansk eksempel på at bevidst arbejde med miljø kommer alle til gode ISS ansvar for miljøet ved at reducere vores ressourceaftryk i forhold til forbrug af energi, vand og kemikalier ISS arbejder bevidst med at anvende sundere rengøringsprodukter for at belaste miljøet mindre, skåne deres ansatte og dermed også bundlinjen. Gavner deres kunder.
