18 What if..... What if this community initiated a change...what if Denmark became the leading ”Open Process” country ? Who would lose? The up-side is so much more appealing than the down-side. What would it take? Each member donated 2 processes to (each of) these ”open process” environments to get started ? What would it take from your organization to ”let go” of eg 2 well defined medium sized processes ? How ”shareable” are your processes ? Management processes – shareable, but not likely to be modelled Operational business processes – likely to be modelled, not likely to be shared - at first - for competitive reasons... however - what if ?
