With COF we wanted to formalize our cooperation with key SCN’s in a more structured and continous way. It was our firm belief that we could create a synergy with the aim of improving Quality of Life for End Users. As SCN’s you are experts on patient care, user needs, problems and requirements - you have a lot of know-how/experiences. We have know-how on the technical competences and the market knowledge. By combining your know-how with our know-how we obtain a synergy - bringing out new products and services to the delight of the end-users. Improved Quality of Life to End Users

7 AGENDA COF proces The way we work can be described by this process.
Some times we will ask you to prepare yourself to a coming COF meeting - it can be preparing casestories, answering questionnaires etc. All the inputs received from our COF boards will be integrated in the further product development proces. Your input is a key factor in the decision making concerning the further development process. Of several reasons not all projects/product ideas turns into reality, but next slide AGENDA
