Primær spontan pneumothorax
20-40 årige, 5:1 drenge, rygere større risiko Blebs, bullae % relaps Pludselig unilateral smerte og dyspnø relateret til pneumothorax størrelse, tør hoste Tympanisme, nedsat luftskifte, evt. subcutant emfysem Trykpneumothorax: Svær dyspnø, hypotension, hjertetamponade

Sekundær spontan pneumothorax
Pt.`er med underliggende lungesygdom KOL, astma, c. pulmonis, P. carinii etc. Dårligere Ældre Sværere at diagnostisere

Behandling O2 Nåleaspiration, venflon Dræn
Medicinsk thoracoskopi med talkum pleuradese VATS med decorticatio og bullectomi (stapling eller laser resektion) Kirurgisk thoracotomi
