En konkurrence på to niveauer: En husholdning udvælges som national vinder i hver region/land En region eller et land vælges som vinder på det europæiske niveau Konkurrencen varer 15 måneder Start: 1. februar 2011 Slut: 30. april 2012 Energispare Konto Et web-baseret interaktivt værktøj husholdningerne bruger til at bogføre deres energiforbrug med Hver husholdning skal indtaste data om deres energiforbrug mindst fire gange (el og varme) samt data om tidligere årsregnskaber

Kriterier for at vinde Kriterier for at vinde prisen inkluderer: Antallet af kontoholdere Energibesparelser (rangeret efter vigtighed i hvert land/region) : Elektricitet Varme Vægtning af antallet af kontoholdere og deres energibesparelser (25% højere vægtning) Nationale vindere udvælges i relation til opnåede energibesparelser og gennemførte foranstaltninger
