4 Skolestruktur 7/9-2011: - ”Startskudet”. Skoleudvalg og skolecentret afholder skolekonference på Boesagerskolen. Efterår 2011: - Dialogmøder og workshops med administrationen - Debatoplæg formuleres/udformes (folder med scenarier) Forår 2012: - Behandling og votering i administrationen og skoleudvalg - Administrationen forslår struktur med 5 skoledistrikter - Høring, efterfulgt af borgermøde den 9 maj - Administrationen vælger at udsætte ændring af skolestrukturen - Eksternt konsulentfirma Brøndum & Fliess bliver hyret ind til skoleanalyse Efterår 2012: - Visionsseminarer med Brøndum & Fliess, og administrationen - Workshops med Brøndum & Fliess - Nyt forslag fra administrationen med 5 distrikter og reducering af skoler - Skoleudvalget afviser administrationens forslag Ny tidsplan: - Nyt forslag ude med 4 distrikter og alle lokaliteter bibeholdes (se kommunens hjemmeside) - Behandlet i skoleudvalg 10/4, økonomiudvalg 17/4 og kommunalbestyrelse 24/4 - Administrationens indstilling er godkendt - Høringsperiode 25 april til 25 juni Kom til Borgermøde !    Boesagerskolen 6 maj 2013

5 Skole/hjem-samarbejde
Folkeskolen står over for mange udfordringer, bl.a.: - Faglige mål - Økonomi - Inklusion Derfor er der mere end nogensinde brug for et solidt skole/hjem-samarbejde, som bygger på gensidig forståelse og respekt. Skolen og skolebestyrelsen er derfor i en proces, som skal styrke elevernes: - Skoleparathed - Undervisningsparathed - Uddannelsesparathed I processen arbejdes med at udvikle elevernes: - Robusthed - Selvstændighed - Fællesskab    Boesagerskolen 6 maj 2013

6 Kontaktforældre Kontaktforældrene er et vigtigt bindeled mellem skolebestyrelsen og forældrene. Kontaktforældrene er vigtige i den aktuelle proces omkring skole/hjem-samarbejdet. Der er afholdt 2 fælles kontaktforældremøder med skolebestyrelsen: - November: Skole/hjem-samarbejdet v. Palle Marker, flyverkorpset (kontaktforældre) - April: ”Chokolade-is-dessert” princippet v. cand. pæd. psych. Rasmus Alenkær (alle forældre) Skolebestyrelsen arbejder løbende med at styrke samarbejdet med kontaktforældrene.    Boesagerskolen 6 maj 2013

7 Inklusion Vi taler meget om inklusion. I den daglige debat i medier og offentligheden. På skolen og i skolebestyrelsen. Tanken bag inklusion er, at børn og unge støttes i at kunne indgå i de faglige og sociale fællesskaber. Og have gavn af, at forblive i dette miljø. Både i skole- og fritid. Elever som tidligere blev visiteret til specialtilbud, skal nu inkluderes i den almindelige folkeskole. Det giver naturligvis nogle nye udfordringer. På Boesagerskolen er vi godt i gang med inklusion. Resurcerne er knappe, og situationen er endnu ikke optimal. Men der gøres et godt stykke arbejde i hverdagen. Efteruddannelse af lærere, supervision, tildeling af støttetimer, m.m. Inklusionsopgaven er i sagens natur en kommunal opgave. Med graden af succes afhænger også meget af, at alle elever, og deres forældre har forståelse for og er med til, at få fællesskabet til at fungere, og dermed fremme inklusion.    Boesagerskolen 6 maj 2013

8 Principper Skolebestyrelsen gennemgår og vurderer løbende alle skolens principper. Verden omkring skolen og på skolen ændrer sig hele tiden, og derfor er der jævnligt behov for opdatering af principperne. Principperne skal understøtte skolens fokusområder og udviklingsplan. Skolebestyrelsen lægger vægt på, at de gældende principper: - Er relevante - Er opdaterede - Rent faktisk efterleves 2 principper er opdateret i forgangne år: - Princip vedr. timefordeling - Princip vedr. skole/hjemsamarbejde Skolens principper ligger på skolens hjemmeside (”Skoleporten”).    Boesagerskolen 6 maj 2013

9 Høringssvar September 2012: Skolebestyrelsen giver høringssvar på kommunens budget. Oktober 2012: Skolebestyrelsen giver høringssvar på kommunens kvalitetsplan. November 2012: Skolebestyrelsen giver høringssvar vedr. tidligere overflytning fra dagtilbud til skole. Juni 2013: Skolebestyrelsen udarbejder høringssvar på ny skolestruktur. 10 Ny Nordisk Skole Forår 2012: Undervisningsministeren igangsætter projektet Tankerne bag: - Styrke i det Nordiske dagtilbuds- og uddannelsesområde – heraf ”Nordisk” - Behov for forandring (fagligt/pædagogisk løft) – heraf ”Ny” - ”En revolution nedefra” Mål: - Udfordre alle børn og unge så de bliver så dygtige de kan - Mindske betydningen af social baggrund i forhold til faglige resultater - Styrke tilliden til dagtilbud og uddannelser med respekt for professionel viden og praksis Proces: - Mindst tre institutioner melder sig sammen - Deltage i netværk med de andre tilmeldte institutioner - Rådgivning fra ekspertpanelet (Bl.a. Dorte Lange/DLF og Lars Goldschmidt/DI) - Deltage i dialogmøder og workshops - Udarbejde forandringsprojekt Skolebestyrelsen har deltaget ved det første intro/stormøde og er positivt indstillet på projektet. Vi har drøftet emnet, men vi har valgt ikke at deltage, primært p.g.a. den uafklarede situation med skolestrukturen (efteråret 2012). 11 Økonomi Økonomien i Egedal kommune er trængt, men dog i bedring. Men der er ikke tilført flere midler til skolen – tværtimod. Budgettet reduceres desværre stadig. I år har vi haft ca. samme budget som sidste år. Dvs. stramt, men det løber akkurat rundt. Budgettet følges løbende af skolebestyrelsen. Økonomiske vilkår pt.: - Vi ligger tæt på undervisningsministeriets minimum timetal. - Ikke tilstrækkelige midler til vikardækning. - Ikke dedikeret midler til inklusion. - Ingen serviceafd. på skolen og økonomi trukket ud af budget - Status efter lock-out’en i april endnu ikke opgjort En vigtig drivkraft i ændring af skolestrukturen, er at frigive flere midler til skolerne.    Boesagerskolen 6 maj 2013

12 Udearealer Udearealerne giver mulighed for alsidig leg og bevægelse i frikvarterer, både i det store åbne område og de indre gårde. Renoveringen pågår løbende når økonomien tillader det og der er tilslutning til en forældre aktivitetsdag. I oktober havde vi en god forældre aktivitetsdag, hvor der blevet foretaget en grundig oprydning og beskæring, primært i de indre gårde. ”Kondistien” trænger til renovering/opgradering (afventer hegn, i.f.m. vej) Forhåbentlig kan vi få samlet forældre til flere aktivitetsdage, så vi kan gøre udearealerne endnu mere attraktive og anvendelige for vores elever. Aktivitetsdagene giver god synergi i.f.t. forældre relationer og er derfor medvirkende til at fremme skole/hjem-samarbejdet, samt at give ”ansvarsfølelse” for skolen, både for elever og forældre. Marts: Møde med landskabsarkitekt Vi drøfter muligheden for at bruge landskabsarkitekten, inden for mulige økonomiske rammer.    Boesagerskolen 6 maj 2013

13 Diverse Deltagelse i SB Egedalmøder. (SB Egedal er et ERFA forum for alle skolebestyrelserne i Egedal). Møder med 2 øvrige Smørumskoler i.f.m. skolestrukturdebat. Deltagelse i Skole & Forældre landsmøde (nov 2012) Madordningen ”Humlehuset” er standset i januar. Orientering/beslutning af timefordelingsplan. Redaktion og udgivelse af Boesnyt november og juni. Foto (drøftet tilbud og valgt leverandør). Forældreintra: Skole & Forældre avis via web. Ansættelsesudvalget (2 bestyrelsesmedlemmer deltager ved nyansættelse af personale). Intro til nye forældre om skolebestyrelsens arbejde og kontaktforældrenes rolle. Deltagelse i dialog-, budgetmøder, workshops, m.m. med kommunen. 14 Kommende opgaver/udfordringer
Skole/hjem samarbejdet: Hvordan sikrer vi gensidig forståelse, forventningsafstemning og samarbejde mellem forældre, elever og skole, inden for de givne rammer? Den nye skolestruktur: Skolebestyrelsen er aktive i processen, og i dialog med skolecentret og politikkerne. Inklusion: Hvordan kan vi alle bidrage til, at få dette projekt til at lykkes? Hvordan styrkes almen området samtidigt? Opdatering/forbedring af udearealer og kondistien, med vægt på at: - lave de bedst tænkelige ændringer der hvor behovet er størst - få mest muligt for pengene - størst mulig forældre/børn-deltagelse Økonomi.
